The Scriptural Count To Feast Of Weeks (Pentecost)
Posted by Becky on Jan 9th, 2016I saw this when YHWH showed me the difference between calendars. the true Pentecost falls exactly between the spring and fall feasts...Father had mercy on me by allowing me to find HIS calendar by HIS Spirit (Ruach ha Qodesh) leading me in HIS way, through study of the KJV, and giving me the resources to investigate the translation of HIS Words.... for a lack of better words, HE IS AWESOME!
Posted by LarryOxymn on Mar 19th, 2017If your partner complains that you snore during your sleep, or if you wake up in the morning feeling tired and grouchy, you may have a common sleep disorder called sleep apnea. This means that at night, your airway is blocked and you stop breathing during your sleep. If you have this condition, you need to find treatment right away to avoid further problems.
Strengthen your throat and jaw with some basic exercises. Developing these muscles should reduce the symptoms of sleep apnea. You can exercise your throat and jaw by simply pulling your tongue or practicing some very simple breathing exercises. The goal is to train you to breathe differently and hopefully make your sleep apnea disappear.
Consider doing a few very specific exercises before going to bed each night, to alleviate some of your sleep apnea symptoms. Exercising throat and tongue muscles has been proven in scientific studies to reduce snoring, improve breathing and lessen the more profound effects of sleep apnea when done according to doctor's orders.
If you suffer from sleep apnea and you use a CPAP, carry your medical ID. If you need medical attention, it's vital that the people treating you know about your condition and that you use a CPAP machine. Your ID should tell people about your sleep apnea, your use of a CPAP, and the proper pressure level for it.
People who do not have a partner sleeping with them may not know they suffer from sleep apnea. If you wake up with a dry or sore mouth, wake up out of breath, have morning headaches, insomnia, and/or go to the bathroom frequently during the night, you may have sleep apnea and should talk to a doctor.
Check if a corrective device can help alleviate your sleep apnea symptoms. Having an overbite, an undersized jaw or a recessed chin can cause your airway to be more narrow because of how your jawbone is set. These devices help create proper alignment of your jaw while you sleep, opening up your airway more. As a result, you experience fewer sleep apnea symptoms.
Do not let sleep apnea ruin your relationship. If your partner has difficulties sleeping next to you because of your snoring or other symptoms linked to sleep apnea, communicate about the problem. be understanding and consider sleeping apart or getting a CPAP machine to reduce your snoring and other symptoms.
A great way to ensure that you do not sleep on your back and cause sleep apnea to occur is to use a tennis ball to prevent rolling onto your back. You can place one in a pillow behind your back and when you roll over in your sleep, the tennis ball will make you roll back on your side.
People who use alcohol, sedatives, and sleeping pills are far more likely to suffer from sleep apnea. This is because these drugs will relax the throat and cause their breathing to be impaired. Using these drugs before bedtime is more likely to cause sleep apnea than using these drugs during the day.
As the above article has demonstrated, you have many different treatment methods available to you when it comes to sleep apnea. Everyone is different, and it's important to find out which treatment option will fit your specific situation best. If you use these tips, you will get better sleep at night. Sleep apnea doesn't have to run your life; you can take control back today.
